The Gardenia has always been a favorite flower of mine. I guess its captivating aroma is the sting, and I simply love the lasting beauty of its bloom. I decided to embellish my living room with its beauty, and thus designed this lovely image for you to stitch. Mine sits next to my stitching nest there in front of the fireplace affording a bright cozy spot to thread my needle. 

Stitched on 29-count Scottish Glenshee linen with a fine array of Australian Gumnut overdyed silk fibers, it provides a real work of art. Its character is lifelike, and perfectly adorns the wall artistry that faces my stitching nest. A perfect setting indeed.
