Finely hand-rubbed finish on all of Dennis' finished projects. He has never used any chemicals or stains on any of his woods. A true nature loving guy. These are really beautiful if I may say so. He really does such a fine job. Such a perfectionist. I have pre-mounted the 40-count silk gauze onto an acid-free mat for ease in handling/stitching, and it keeps your hands off the gauze. Each of the designs in this new SOB series is created with typically 9-12 Tudor Silk fibers from Gloriana Threads. Two special sharps #10 needles included in your kit, as I recommend these for silk application. Always. Totally complete kit with full instructions and directions.
The sizes for the SOB Series for all eight designs (Kits #249-256) is 5.25" x 1.75" for the finished wooden boards.. The size of all SOB stitched silks is 1.25" square.
